Ryan Terry
PSRG
Mr. Ryan Terry of PSRG Inc. received his BS in Chemical Engineering from the Texas A&M University and has 8 years of experience consulting in the process safety industry. He is the lead quantitative analyst at PSRG and serves as the lead technical specialist and principle contact in all QRA, Facility Siting, and Consequence Analysis projects. During his time with PSRG he has performed facility siting and QRA projects for clients all over the world. Additionally, he has experience in auditing all elements of PSM and has certifications in PSM, HAZOP, LOPA, and Bow-Tie Facilitation, Incident Investigation, and Computational Fluid Dynamics.

Dave Ritzel
Senior Analyst, Dyn-FX Consulting Ltd
Dave Ritzel runs Dyn-FX Consulting, a research firm focused on blast protection technologies especially studies of personal vulnerability to blast and the biomechanics of blast injury. In his 39-year career, Dave has authored or co-authored over 70 papers on blast/shock research. He was co-editor of NATO AEP-25 “Nuclear Blast and Thermal Test Methods and Procedures” and has received numerous international awards and distinctions and continues to present short-courses and lectures on blast physics, damage, and injury.
Dave holds a B.Sc (With Distinction) in Mechanical Engineering and M.A.Sc. in Aerospace Sciences.

Harold Warner
Founder, Dynamic Air Shelters
As a creative product innovator, entrepreneur, and holder of world hot air balloon flying records, Harold founded Dynamic Air Shelters in 2000. During 25 years of ballooning, he was an International competitive ballooning champion once holding nine world records. After founding and successfully operating AeroDynamics, Aerostats and Promotions, Inc. for almost 20 years, Harold saw the potential to employ similar technology to create air shelters.
Harold is entirely passionate about his work and his involvement in the community. Over many years he has been a presenter at schools and universities emphasizing entrepreneurship initiatives of greater present day commercial relevance.
